Q1: How to add coin information?

A: The only way to add new token info is go to International Digital Xchange Alliance (IDXA) Info’ interface, click ‘Create Token Info’ to add new coin. If added new token info is approved, we will display it at the front end.

Q2: We want to modify token information, how to do it?

A: International Digital Xchange Alliance (IDXA) Info’ welcomes every user to edit token information. Firstly, you need to log in your International Digital Xchange Alliance (IDXA) account, go to the token information page which you would like to edit, then click ‘Edit’ button on the right hand side of coin full name. When you complete editing, please click ‘submit’ and wait for reviewing. If your upload is approved, we will display it at the front end.

Q3: If I submitted the same token information as others, what will occur?

A: There is a strict internal reviewing process within ‘International Digital Xchange Alliance (IDXA) Info’. When more than one user submit the same contents, reviewing will strictly follow the order of submission time, accuracy of submission contents, and some other principals. First submission with accurate contents will be approved and displayed.

Q4: How long the reviewing will take?

A: We follow internal reviewing process strictly, we try our best to review your uploaded contents and we will display approved contents as fast as we can.

Q5: Why token editing page shows ‘This Token already exists’?

A: When you submit token information which is already displayed, then ‘This Token already exists’ will be shown.

Q6: Why the ‘submit’ button is grey in the token editing interface?

A: In order to fully ensure the effectiveness of user uploaded contents, when you do not make any change to the current token information, it is impossible to submit.

Q7: Why I can’t upload whitepapers in other formats except PDF?

A: To ensure the authenticity and normalization of uploaded white papers, we are currently only supporting users to upload white papers in PDF format. Please transfer your white papers into PDF formats then upload.

Q8: The language version I choose is not in accordance with the language of uploaded content, is it possible to be approved?

A: At present, International Digital Xchange Alliance (IDXA) Info’ only supports Chinese and English, we highly recommend that the language of your editing contents should be consistent with your selected language version, otherwise your submitted contents will not be approved.

1. How to add coin

Step one: Go to International Digital Xchange Alliance (IDXA) website (https://idxa.io/), click “Info” to open International Digital Xchange Alliance (IDXA) Info”

Step two: Click ‘Create Token Info’, then go to token editing window

Step three: When enter token editing window, please fill fields accordingly.

Noted: “Coin Full Name” and “Coin Abbreviation” are mondatory, you can’t submit until these information are filled.

Step four:Click ‘Submit’ to upload token information when you complete filling

When ‘Successed’ is shown on your screen, you have successfully uploaded information and please wait for reviewing

2. How to add news

Step one: Go to coin information page, click ‘Add News’

Step two: Please fill in the given fields in order, click ‘Submit’ when you complete filling

Notice: Web Link must start with “http://’ or “https://”, otherwise you can’t submit

When ‘Success’ is shown on your screen, you have successfully added news and please wait for reviewing

3. How to edit coin

Step one : Go to coin information page, click ‘Edit’

Step two: To supplement or modify existing coin information

Step three: When complete editing, click ‘Submit’

When ‘Successed’ is shown on your screen, you have successfully edited coin information and please wait for reviewing

Noted: If there is no any supplementation or modification of any information, you can’t submit

Deposit-To hot wallet address

If you incorrectly deposited your coins to International Digital Xchange Alliance (IDXA)’s hot wallet withdrawal address, please re-submit your International Digital Xchange Alliance (IDXA) Account Number, Transaction ID, Coin Type, Amount Transferred, any Additional Remarks (e.g. tag, memo, payment id) and also proof of your transaction. Once we complete a reconciliation of the transactions and balances, we will credit your account with the Coins, but will take some time. We ask that you remain patient while we process your request.
